Please note that refrigerators are provided for residents that live in rooms with a private bath in Wadsworth Hall.

Refrigerator Rental Agreement:

  1. I agree to rent a refrigerator (4 cubic feet) at a cost of $52.00 per academic year ($26.00 per semester). I understand that I may return the refrigerator prior to the end of the academic year, in which case I will receive a refund based on the prorated fee of $1.50 per week for each full week remaining.

  2. The minimum charge is $10.00 per semester. Residents who are reapplying in the spring for a room the following academic year receive $10.00 off the cost of a year's refrigerator rental. This $10.00 discount is effective only when residents reapply in the spring.

  3. I will reimburse the hall for any damage to the refrigerator.

  4. I will inform the hall office if I move to another room.

  5. I will clean and defrost the refrigerator prior to its return to the hall.
